Project Management and Artist Representation

With her extensive international experience as a dancer and instructor in ballet, Argentine tango, and movement arts, Maude Andrey has developed a profound understanding of artistic processes and stage presence. She now applies this expertise to professionally support musicians in organizing and executing their projects, helping them achieve sustainable success.

Maude Andrey’s engagement with music is a natural extension of her artistic path. For her, dance and music have always been inseparably connected; dance makes music visible, and music gives movement its meaning. Building on her extensive stage experience, she now brings her sense of rhythm, dynamics, and expression into her collaborations with musicians. She has also been shaped and inspired by her brother, the musician Lionel Andrey, whose professional journey opened up a new perspective on music for her. In doing so, she combines her dancer’s perspective with organizational and conceptual thinking to shape artistic projects in a holistic, harmonious, and sensitive way.

Alongside her artistic work, Maude Andrey is completing a bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology at the University of Hamburg, where she also focuses on topics related to culture, communication, and media. Through seminars on public relations, journalism, and the impact of digital media, she is expanding her understanding of social and cultural dynamics. This knowledge flows directly into her work in cultural education and project management and deepens her expertise in strategic communication within the arts and culture scene.

Maude Andrey has a wide-ranging network within the European dance and cultural scene, which she leverages with strategic know-how and sensitivity. As a former dancer with the Hamburg Ballet under John Neumeier and a guest dancer at Theater Kiel, she knows firsthand the demands of stages, festivals, and concert projects. Her experience spans classical ensembles, contemporary productions, and Argentine tango events across Germany and Europe. In her role as coordinator of the Hamburg regional group of ProTango Germany e.V., she also maintains close contacts with politicians, cultural organizers, and other key figures in the arts sector. She combines her artistic expertise with analytical thinking from her Bachelor studies and her fluency in French, German, English, and Spanish, enabling her to professionally manage international projects.

She supports musicians in all aspects of project planning, including program design, tour organization, event coordination, press and media work, networking, and strategic use of social media. Her commitment to artists is characterized by professionalism, passion, and a deep understanding of artistic processes, making her the ideal contact for musicians who want to advance their careers strategically and sustainably.
